-Karnataka-PIL filed by HMKP on Land Reforms Act amendment was listed before Chief Justice Bench of the High Court yesterday.
The matter was heard for some time on grant of Interim Stay of executive orders issued by the state government but the court did not grant stay but the matter is now posted for hearing on the validity of Ordinance on 13.10.2020.
All other PILs on this matter will be heard on that day.
